Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, December 11, 2009 at Pineview Baptist Church Cemetery for James T. Bailey, Sr., 62, of Hattiesburg, who died December 7 at his home.
Mr. Bailey retired from the U.S. Army after 34 years of service. He served in Desert Storm, was a member of Pineview Baptist Church and the VFW.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Michele Bailey and his parents, Mary Tadlock Bailey and Chester T. Bailey.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Christy and David Maxwell of Gautier, Ashley and Greg Hoeft of Vicksburg; three sons, Cary Hegwood of Byrum, James T. Bailey, Jr. and his wife, Kimberly of Nashville and Kenneth Robinson of Moss Point; a brother, David R. Bailey and his wife, Marilyn of Brandon; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5:30 – 8 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home in Hattiesburg. Memorial donations may be made to Pineview Baptist Church Building Fund or Forrest General Hospice.
