Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, January 14, 2010, at Pine Wood Baptist Church for Mr. James “Curtis” Sumrall, 75, of Lucedale, who died January 11 at George County Hospital. Burial will follow in Pine Wood Cemetery.
A lifelong resident of George County, Mr. Sumrall worked for Hood Industry and was a member of Sweet Water Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Eugene Sumrall and Myrtle Aultman; two brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Sumrall of Lucedale; sons, Mark Sumrall and Brian Sumrall both of Lucedale; a daughter, Felecia Sumrall of San Antonio, Tex.; a brother, four sisters, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at Moore Funeral Home in Wiggins.
